One of a kind, hand sculpted, clay-like stone totems Gitxson Tribe. Not sure if made for themselves, for a trading post or early tourists shop. Four wall hangings and two lamps. Wall hangings 11"; lamps 15" and leave lamps as-is or re-wire. Gitxson Tribe is located on the Skeena River North of Port Rupert, BC. In their language, Gitxson is translated as "people of the river mist." Phratry was/is a brotherhood. Exceptional.
