Most in-stock items are processed within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location, white-glove delivery typically takes 7-14 business days to ensure your pieces arrive in perfect condition.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Cisco's Gallery ships exclusively within the continental United States and Canada. We are looking to expand our shipping zones in the near future.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We offer a 30-day return window for most decor items and small furniture. Items must be in their original packaging and unused condition. Please note that custom-made or bespoke pieces are final sale.
How can I track my delivery?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link and a unique order ID. For large furniture items, our delivery partner will call you to schedule a specific arrival window.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all our furniture pieces come with a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.
