Exceptional condition. Inuit basket by Lydia (Lidia) Tukai (1928 - ), Disk Number E9-1584 from Inukjuak, Port Harrison. Lydia was multi-talented excelling in basketry, sculpture and art. She was the wife of Silassie Tukai and a well know Inuit artist. Together they created many beautiful works created by her weaving skills and his carving of finials.
