October 1920 Second Edition of “From Newton to Einstein: Changing Conceptions of the Universe”, by Benjamin Harrow, which is signed on the top of the first page by Albert Einstein and dated “26. Mar ’21.” (March 26, 1921). The book is about Einstein’s contributions to our ideas of time, space, and to knowledge of the universe in general. Since Einstein’s work is largely dependent upon the work of Newton and his successors, the first section of the book regards Newton. The book measures approximately 7 – 1/4″ x 4 – 3/8″. This book was once part of the renowned John K. Lattimer Collection. Dr. Lattimer was known to collect signatures from all types of celebrities, personalities, and noteworthy figures. This signature comes with a James Spence Authentication Full Letter of Authenticity. Included frame color litho “A Newtonian System of the Universe” engraved, printed in old colors.
