(1912-1978). An unusual subject; 14″ x 18″. Son of a cowboy, Powell was raised in Apgar, MT on the south side of Lake McDonald. His father was a stable boss, guide and tracker for Glacier National Park. As a boy, he watched Charles Russell paint in the Bull’s Head Lodge in Apgar. Framed. Personal collection.
