First Nations Northwest Coast pre-early contact era 1000-1800 CE. Aesthetically pleasing artifact. Heavy volcanic stone with a shallow bowl carved into its top. A narrow spout like opening on one side of the bowls. Deposits on the surface show how the bowl was used – 8 1/2″W x 3 1/2″H. Most probably a Columbia River find. Ex. Macleod
